One of the newest business areas of the Group is the Research and Development.

The business area's main mission is the development of a modular construction system for housing, namely social housing, supported by material self-sustaining and allowing to cope with the demand that is expected to be very intense in the next 4-6 years, in emerging countries and economies, and countries that fight for the eradication of tents and flimsy, particularly of Mercosur and PALOP. Along with this objective, not as main mission, MCH-ALGARVE Group also aims to satisfy the needs of countries consolidated as the European space and eventually North America, offering a building at relatively low prices and a quality of comfort that makes the value for quality very interesting and attractive to the investor.

To develop this construction system MCH-Algarve Group assigned their most skilled technicians, equipment and facilities, with the purpose of designing, developing, patenting and approving a unique modular construction system among the competition, whose biggest advantage will be the easiness of application for different user needs.
